Graduated in Law from the University of Catania with a thesis in criminal procedure entitled "Furtum manifestum e nec manifestum". Author for the journal of criminal law and criminal procedure "Il Penalista" by Giuffrè Francis Lefebvre. Founding member of La.PEC and Giusto Processo “Ettore Randazzo”.

He started the legal profession in 1998. He collaborated with Avv. Ettore Randazzo from 2003 until his untimely death in February 2017. Collaboration that continues with his daughter, Lucia Randazzo.

Cassation lawyer, he has dealt with criminal matters in all its articulations, gaining significant and qualified professional experience, especially in crimes against the person, medical negligence, against the public administration, corporate crimes, bankruptcy crimes, tax crimes, environmental crimes and in terms of safety
